Seriously, Minchie isn't roaring in these pictures. He's meowing. Mom says he does that a LOT!
6 MORE DAYS (OR SOONER!)!!!
I am wiped out from our overnight company! Being my usual scairty cat self I was busy all Saturday running like a lightening bolt from under the couch in the living room to under the bed in the bedroom and visa versa. All they could see of me were blurs of gray and white speeding by. But when it calmed down finally at 2:20 in the morning I was able to safely come out and eat, get a drink and use the potty.
Mom can't get over how he just lets anyone do anything to him on first meeting.
He has the longest whiskers she's ever seen on a kitty.
It looks like he has a Davey Crockett tail
Our handsome mancat.
Mom was combing him and brought his furs home to me to get use to the smell of him. He smells furry interesting!
Here I am snoopervising the landscapers making sure they do a good job cutting the green grass to my satisfaction.
Well, I have 11 days until I get to meet my new brofur, Minchie Meow!!! I can't wait! I think I'll wait here by the door for him. Oh, yeah, Mom said this isn't the door he'll be coming through, but at least it's a door I can look out. teeheehee!
Well, Mom and I had a very long talk last night about her going to meet Minchie Meow. She wanted to sleep on it first, but I have a feeling she's going to be calling my foster Mom, Sue, today to tell her we want to adopt Minchie. He is a very handsome mancat!
Mom just got a call from my foster mom, Sue, and was telling her about a Turkish Angora named Minchie Meow. Just for the heck of it she did a google search and found his catster page!!! Isn't he gorgeous! A mancat! Mom is going to Sue's tonight to meet him and see if he would be a match for me. He's 4 years old, been neutered and comes with his own carrier and toys. His owner is being transferred out of the country. Mom can't take a kitty home until after the 4th of July holiday as she'll be away dog sitting but Momma Sue said she'd cat sit for us until it's time. Stay tuned!
At the open house yesterday Mom was talking to her friend and volunteer at Buddy, Evie. Evie told her about Brutus, a 2 year old boy that had to be given back to Buddy because his daddy got transferred to South America and can't take him. Because there was so many people in and out he was very scairt and hid behind his way cool colorful cat bed. Mom is going to go back later in the week to meet him one on one and see if he may like to live with me. He didn't live with any other kitties but did have human kids he loved to play with. Mom's main concern is that he gets along with other kitties. He sort of looks like me only where I'm gray, he's black. And he has a pink nose and Momma loves pink noses! We'll see!
To Mom's surprise, one day she found me behind the couch where my sister, Lilly, use to hang a lot. I thought if I closed my eyes and sniffed all over real hard she would come back to me. So far she's still MIA.
So, what do you think of my feather hat? It can't compare to Daisy's fabulous fashions, but I think I look cute.
Auntie Holly and the catstreetboyz sent this beautiful silk lily and card yesterday. The kitty on the card looks just like my sister!
Mom has a little shrine in the bedroom for Binky Baby, one who came before, and thought it would be nice to keep Lilly's lilies there. Binky Baby and Lilly were sisters and great friends. Auntie Holly also sent us the collector plate on the wall. She is such a cat angel! We are so glad she and the boyz are our friends.
And they sent me this way cool pyramid cat bed! I was very busy sniffing it out and could smell lots of kitty and doggie smells on it.
Here I am checking out the pouch on the side with nip in it! I also got a bunch of way cool toys too! Thank you Auntie Holly and all the boyz for always being there for us and helping us through these hard times. One of these days we ARE going to meet in person!
This is my sister, Cerise, who I never knew. She was the sister of Lilly who lived together for a very long time. She was 17 1/2 when she went to the Bridge. Momma's heart is still broken from losing her.
Mom loved to dress Cerise up in silly things and she was so sweet to let her.

Wishing all Fathers, Dads, Grandpas, Uncles and Awesome Mans a very special day!
Mr. Shnake had been missing for some months. Mom said he lost his head so she did major surgery to reattach it and he's good as new again! Here I am snuggling with him in the sink. Oh, Mr. Shnake, I luvs you so much and hope you nefur leaves me again! I promise to be more gentle with you too so you don't loses your heads again.

What the heck Mother Nature! Our friends at coolcybercats in Montana got snow yesterday!!!
Mom gets mad at me as I've stopped playing with cat toys. But the other day she wadded up this piece of paper and threw it and I've been chasing and playing hockey with it ever since.
Meanwhile my overflowing toy box sits there gathering dust.
