Today is our mom's birthday.  We lost count a few years ago but we know her age is in the upper bazillion.  MOL!

Mancat Monday - Angel!

One day last week Mom had to go downstairs to feed Angel his stinky goodness for his mom so she remembered to bring the flashy box.

 Angel is more than ready for Mom to feed him!
 

But first he needs some scritches and lovin'. 



It's really hard to get a picture of him because he's always moving around.  You can see he's still keeping the weight off and looking nice and trim.

Easy Like Sunday Morning

Minchie is all "snug as a bug in a rug" laying on his blankie on the recliner.  All that is missing is Mom.  It will be quite awhile before she can join him as she's driving into Chicago today to visit her mother-in-law.

Portrait of Love

What a surprise yesterday when the man in the brown shorts brought me a package and this beautiful painting of me and my mancat, Loki, was inside!

 

I can even smell Loki's wonderful mancatly smells on it.

 

I absolutely love our portrait and will treasure it forever.

 

Mom can't decide if we should leave it like this or hang it on the wall above those three tall cats.  What do you think?

Friday Flashback

Today's flashback is from January 2010 when Angel was living with us and was a FORMERLY FERAL FRIDAY.

Mom couldn't believe how close Angel and I were on the bed.

She then scooted me over right up next to him and we laid like that for a very long time. This would never happen first thing in the morning (usually 4:50am) as we are too busy growling and hissing at each other. Mom says "Go figure!"

For some reason, I like the underside of my Ess Scratcher better, so Mom keeps it this way for me.

 

I like to sit like this showing off my shiny furs.

 

I can sit very still, purrfectly balanced.

 

Minchie is very lucky he shows no interest in my Ess.

Tunnel Tuesday

 

Laila likes to hide in the tunnel part of the cat tree so that when Minchie comes strolling by, she can give him a good whap on his head.  Do not mess with this "little" girl!

Minchie loves to help Mom when she's on the computer.  He could stay like this in her arms forever.  He's such a Momma's boy!
