Minchie is using his strong toesies to play tug of war with Mom over this catnip cucumber.  Of course Minchie won!

Mancat Monday

The top part of our cat tree is Minchie's favorite place to sharpen his deadly, sharp claws.  You will notice all the places he has clawed the carpet down to the bare wood.  He even had the habit of eating the little carpet pieces that would be exposed, much to The Mom's displeasure and yelling at him to stop.  Look at that cute, little innocent face!

Easy Like Sunday Morning

Minchie's furs blend in so well it's kind of hard to find him on his blankie that is on top of one of his ham-micks.  Hope everyone has a great Easy Sunday!

Our sister, Cerise(RIP) was very fluffy.  Mom still misses Cerise so much but she has a baggie full of her fluffy furs as a sweet reminder.

Froot Bats & Formerly Feral

Mom was trying to get a nice picture of us together when all of a sudden she realized Laila was chewing on the "legs" of that octopus-like toy and that one "leg" was disappearing into her mouth.  Mom thought it was going to get stuck in Laila's throat and she would start gagging on it.  End of photo shoot!!!

Very strong and powerful mancat toesies.  But he uses them ever so gently every morning at 5:40 am sharp (no pun intended!) trying to get Mom up to feed us breakfast.

Mancat Monday - Angel!

When we got our Christmas package from Jacqueline's Cat House last month, they also had presents for Angel!  How sweet of them to remember him!  Mom finally took his presents down to him over the weekend.

 

Angel knew there was something in there just for him.

A Kong Kickeroo!

Angel loves his Kickeroo!  There was also a little bag full of tiny mice, springs and crinkle balls.

Angel and his mom want to thank Jacqueline and her beautiful girls for all the wonderful gifts.  Angel will have many, many months of fun with everything.

This is Angel's very own personal couch his mom has made comfy just for him.  It's his favorite spot, especially for Easy Sunday.

Mom went to Costco yesterday and came back with this cool box!

Of course we had to sniff every square inch of it.

 

Minchie lost interest but Laila continued on sniffing every inch of the inside.

After all the cold and snow we've had the past few days, Minchie has opted to spend East Sunday on one of his ham-micks.  Do not disturb, please!

 

This is one of the gifts JoJo and Sammy gave Mom as a thank you for taking care of them while their daddy was on vacation in Hawaii.  She isn't sharing these with anyone!

This picture was taken in 2005, before we began blogging and before we were born.  Angel had come to stay for a few days.  The other kitty is our sister, Cerise(RIP).  Angel and Cerise were very good friends.  Cerise had a very floofy tail and toesies.

Mancat Monday

In the parking garage where we live, there is an area by the dumpsters where people leave things they no longer want and are too nice to be put in the dumpsters.  Mom found this beautiful silk plant for me.  She's not too sure where it will go, but maybe on top of the cabinets behind me or right where it is now.

Mom is constantly spoiling us with new sleeping spots.  As you can see, Minchie is loving the newest addition.

Friends Friday

Mom has been cat sitting for our neighbor kitties, JoJo and Sammy this week.

Beautiful Sammy is posing for the camera.  She has been letting Mom pet her a lot.

 

And then there is JoJo.  She is very vocal, active and a real love bug and loves to play!

 

Mom took down one of our tunnels for JoJo to play in.  The crinkly noise it makes scares Sammy, so she stays clear of it.

 Laila gets quite wet drinking water from the sink.  Minchie is more than happy to lick her furs dry.
