Here is a picture of baby Angel Cerise when she and Mom lived with Mom's sister for a year. The bird is her sister's, Simon (a double headed amazon) and the dark feets belong to Cydney, her 18 pound Himalayan. They were all best buddies.

Be sure to visit Sparkle'sblog today for the commentathon. Such a beautiful tribute to her.
This picture was taken in 2005, before we began blogging and before we were born. Angel had come to stay for a few days. The other kitty is our sister, Angel Cerise. Angel and Angel Cerise were very good friends. Cerise had a very floofy tail and toesies.
We are very thankful for our recliner. This is our favorite place to be but only when Mom is on it. And of course I have to have my blankie on top of Mom before I can get comfy.
The photo from yesterday was from last Christmas. Mom was making her usual ham rollups and was having a terrible time spreading the softened cream cheese on the ham. So she went out to the store to buy a different brand of ham and when she walked through the door, she saw this. Minchie has never, ever shown a like for human food so she thought the ham was safe being left out until she got back. Minchie now loves cream cheese.
Last Saturday Mom helped Angel and his Mom get to the vet for his annual check up.
Waiting out front of our condo building to be put in our car.
Dr. Mindy checking out his heart. Sounds good for an almost 18 year old mancat.
"Auntie, can we go home yet?"
This is what he thought of being brought to the back where he got stabbed and they stole his bloods. He's lost two pounds since last year so we'll see what the blood work shows.
We are celebrating World Cat Day today by remembering all the wonderful cat shelters and foster homes that go above and beyond to help homeless cats. We both came from a cat shelter and the same foster mom, so today we also remember Sue, our foster mom, who works so tirelessly for all the kitties. When she isn't at her day hunting job, you can always find her at The Buddy Foundation.
And a special thanks today to Ann at Zoolatry for designing these beautiful graphics for us. You are the best!
Here is one of the thousands of Marie stuffed animals from Momma's bedroom. She finally had to stop buying them cause she ran out of room. I wish they were alive so I'd have them all to play with.
