Last week Mom brought me home some lush and tasty wheat grass. I've really improved on my landscaping skills. Mom says it looks like a tiny Christmas tree, which is funny since I'm deathly afraid of Christmas trees.
Well, it's up to me to keep our blog going. I'll do my best. It sure isn't the same with Minchie gone. No one to keep my head and ears clean.
You'll do a great job, Laila. And yes, that does look like a Christmas tree, but it's much tastier, I'm sure.
ReplyDeleteWe are glad you are enjoying your special treat Laila, and we know how quiet (too quiet) it must be without your dear Minchie.Purrs to you and your Mom.
ReplyDeleteLaila, we know that you miss Minchie, but close your eyes and dream of Minchie...and you'll feel that familiar tongue on your noggin again. I am so sorry, and we hope you'll keep blogging 'cause we like you!
ReplyDeleteLaila, I hope you keep on blogging. It would be even more sad without you to tell us about your day, and Minchie's feats...and his fashion skills with your furs! I miss him terribly and if you weren't here it would be even worse. XXXX always.
ReplyDeleteWhat a yummy treat that cat grass must be, Laila. We had no idea you're afraid of Christmas trees. Around here, Eddy is afraid of a lot of things, but the Christmas tree is not one of them. She loves to climb it.
ReplyDeleteAnd, Laila, we have no doubt that you will do a wonderful job here on your blog. Minchie is and always will be so proud of you.
We enjoy climbing and knocking Christmas trees over. You should not be scared. Sorry Minchie can't play with you anymore.
ReplyDeleteThat's a great treat, Laila. Do you "re-gift" it? (Throw it up.) :-)
ReplyDeleteYou'll do a fine job of keeping the blog going, if you and your mom want to, though of course it never will be the same and you always will miss Minchie, as will we all. Purrs and hugs.
We know you miss your Brother sweetie, hugs from all of us.

ReplyDeleteI hope you keep blogging. You and your Mom need to give each other lots of love, I know you are both grieving for Minchie. XO
ReplyDeleteHi there Laila. So good to hear from you and you are looking mighty good. We know you are sad without Minchie. Sending lots of good thoughts to you and the Mom.
ReplyDeleteLaila we are feeling sad for you and your Mom. Minchie was a great brother and we enjoyed seeing all of his antics. We hope you stay blogging too.
ReplyDeleteJulie and Poppy Q
It is hard becoming the only cat, but I did OK when Derby left. I am sure you will do just fine on your own.
ReplyDeleteOh Laila! We’re sorry Minchie isn’t around to wash your ears anymore. Wally would fill in if he could. Purrs.....
ReplyDeleteI'm so sorry about Minchie, Laila. Purrs to you and your human. <3
ReplyDeleteWe know you will miss Minchie, Laila, and so will your Mama. We will miss him too. But he lives on as long as he lives in our hearts. xx
ReplyDeleteLaila, that grass tree looks amazing! Maybe you could come over and work on our hedge! ;p
the critters in the cottage xo
sending you and your Mama (((hugs))) and love
ReplyDeleteWe have sometimes have a real Christmas Tree, but we never try to climb it. They are prickly and there are easier ones outside. TBT leaves soft decorations at the bottom fer us ta bat.
ReplyDeleteHave you asked Mom if she would lick yer head and ears?
