This is what lake effect snow looks like in Chicago. We live about 20 miles due west of Lake Michigan. The closer to the lake you are the more snow you get. Sometimes it can be a bright sunny day here and they can be having a blizzard in Chicago. Very strange weather we have here. The lake can really affect our weather.
Bummer you got all that snow! Keep warm, okay? And Angel, we love your tag...we gotta get a Harley tag for us cool mancats!

ReplyDeleteGee...that's all the snow you got??? Our started last night and was suppose to stop by 10am....it got worse! You can hardly see anything outside the snow is that thick and it is past noon!!!! We think someone flipped the coin wrong in the weather room!!!=^Y^=the Cat Street Boyz

yep here too in Milwaukee area. We had bright and sunny 10-15 miles from the lake. Place close to the lake 12-18 inches of snow.
