Mom took me to the vet yesterday for my annual checkup and shots. I am not a happy camper in this picture! 
Was hoping someone would open that door so I could make my escape. I was ready.
This is nice Dr. Craig. It wasn't so bad being he's a dude too. We're glad we made the appointment with him as he's leaving the practise and moving to a tiny little town in Iowa to take another job. We are very happy for him and his fambly but sad we won't see him again. We have known him for a longs time.
Boy, he checked me out real good listening to things I probably don't even know I have inside of me. Got my shot, weighed in at 11.12 pounds, a pedicure and got a clean bill of health. Mom wishes she could clip nails as good as him.Mom is glad this is over as her ears are still ringing from all my meowing the whole time we were gone and I was a little hoarse when we got home. My ladycat, Baby Patches' Mom knows what I'm talking about in this area! Us Turks are very vocal!
The VET is no fun, but at least you cooperated for the nice man. I'm sure your mom loved the singing...I know mine does!

We totally heard you in the first picture. We aren't fans of the V~E~T either, but you vet looks like he may be nice! Kyute too! :o) Glad you got a clean bill of health! Hope you all have a furry GRR-8 weekend!

It is furry sads when you's doctor moves away. That happened to us many and many times ago and our momma hasn't found one she likes as much yet. We are sads that you had such a furry bad time going to the doctor.

ReplyDeleteOH Minchie you do not look happy in the carrier! We are glad you quieted down for your Vet. Mom has to take Toy in a harness because he has claustrophobia. He can not be in a carrier or all heck breaks out when you release him. Mom never wants to see that again or the closer Vet that she tried using. =^Y^=the Cat Street Boyz

ReplyDeleteYou look pretty mad in that first photo Minchie. I yell all the way to the V E T and all the way home again too. Eric just tries to get as far back in the carrier as he can and thinks that if he keeps quiet, no-one will know he's still in there.

OMC! Mai sweet poor loving mancat I wishes I could has saved you from dat carrier, dat is me efurrytime dey puts me in da carrier. Momma knows exactly what you means by da ringing ears. It very interesting dat you had to goes because I heards momma telling daddy dat I has to go dis month too but she been busy to make appt. I says to momma Pleeeeeeeeeease don't makes me go in dat carrier!

ReplyDeleteI get really upset when I have to go vet too, but I'm much better if they take me and brother together. Mummy thinks I worry that brother will get hurt if I'm not around to look after him. Maybe your humans should take you and Laila at the same time?
