Thankful Thursday

We are thankful that mom is always thinking of cool ways to keep us entertained. Here she put out an ice cube to see what we would do.

Laila, being the more daring one, immediately started sniffing and licking it.

Here she is waiting for me to take a turn.

Thank you very much, but I'll just lay here and guard it.

  1. My mom did the same thing to my bowl yesterday! I was quite amazed to see the thing bobbing in my bowl. Before I learned it was best to just lick it, I got my paw all wet, I was quite sad about that!!

  6. I hope you keep a very close eye on the ice cube...If you aren't vigilant, it could disappear and be mysteriously replaced with only a bowl of cool water. I swear that happened to me once.

  7. You are a good guard-cat, Minchie. Laila, as usual, you're fearless.
