Gray or white?

Is Laila a gray kitty?

Or a white kitty?

Frootbat Friday

Don't you just luvs my crown of large, pointed,

Pay attention to me!

Mom, pay attention to me!

I like this one of Paul McCartney, Mom.

Four years ago today our sister-who-came-before us, Binky Baby, went to the Bridge. Mom still has a huge hole in her heart from missing her so much.

My new blankie

Mom says this is NOT my new blankie.
It's Angel's blankie and I have adopted it since he's been here.

Mom said after Angel and his blankie go back home she will buy me my very own blankie. I'm very partial to his towel too.

Mancat Monday

Minchie staying warm and comfy in the harsh Chicago winters.

Biker dude.

This is what lake effect snow looks like in Chicago. We live about 20 miles due west of Lake Michigan. The closer to the lake you are the more snow you get. Sometimes it can be a bright sunny day here and they can be having a blizzard in Chicago. Very strange weather we have here. The lake can really affect our weather.

Easy like Sunday morning

This is Mom's excuse for not making the bed this morning.
But we all know she'll sneak back in to make it when it is cat-free.
She's one of "those".

Saturday Caturday

Mom thought she better post a picture of us in case anyone has forgotten what we look like since Angel has sort of hogged our blog this week. We think Mom is gonna get that flashy box out and take more pictures of him as she's running out.

Angel loves laying on the rug in the kitchen. We think he's lying in wait for some foods to drop to the floor.

Formerly Feral Friday

Angel and I share a common bond being that we were both feral in our start to life. Angel was born in a barn on a farm in July of 1997 and came to live with his Mommie when he was four months old. And I was a very scairty wild little feral 6 week old kitten living out in the wild. Can you tell we love living inside now?

Last night was the first time Angel ever played THoE (thundering herd of elephants)! He and Minchie were chasing each other all over and Mom was getting such a kick out of watching them. For such a BIG Mancat, that orange boy can really move!

Thirteen pounds + four

Mom has had to stop feeding us our stinky goodness on the tray and has moved it up to the counter. Angel came barreling through and gobbled up all of Laila's and we were sure mine was next. Mom says he weighs something like 17 pounds but does eat a diet food but while he is up here with us on vacation, he's eating our foods too.

Someone asked how long Angel will be staying with us. At least a week more, maybe more. The longer he stays, he more Mom says she's not giving him back. If anything happens to his Mommie, he gets to live with us. We thinks it even written down on papers somewhere to make sure.

Oh, yeah, Angel's Mommie is spending the night with us tonight because she's having a procedure done today and will be knocked out and can't stay alone. Slumber party!
