We had a mini family reunion at our house Friday night (Mom's niece from Portland was in town for the weekend and spent the night with us) and there was a very comfy coat on the table so I just had to check it out and see what was underneath it.  Well, I sort of got lost and then trapped in the sleeve and couldn't get out.  But with the help of everyone, I was finally able to escape.

 And here I am laying on that coat.  It was so comfy cushy!

One of my aunties made a banana cake so here I am keeping guard over it.  I did get in a few licks of the delicious frosting.

Needless to say, I was the entertainment for the evening!

FRIGID FRIDAY

To help me stay warm in these arctic temps, I am laying on my mink blankie.

I don't know what is more silky soft, this blankie or my furs.

 
I think it's a tie.

This mink coat has been hanging in Mom's closet for four years now. It was her favorite Aunt's and she got it when she died. She has never worn it and just wanted to see what I would do. Well, of course I wanted to lay on it and keep my furs nice and toasty. Mom really doesn't know what to do with it so it just hangs in the closet. Maybe it can be brought out for me on these kind of days. Please Mom?

When we gotted up this morning the actual temp was -18F/-28C! But it's gonna get up to +5! A heat wave!

We're Back!

Hello everyone, we're back!  The dog sitting for our cousin, Lady, ended yesterday and we have Mom back 24/7!  Minchie slept in bed with Mom right up next to her back all night.  Boy, how she missed that!

We are gearing up for a big snow storm starting tonight into tomorrow.  Maybe a foot of the white stuff!  We have plenty of supplies to weather out the storm. Good day to get caught up on all of our blogging friend's blogs.
