Mancat Monday

You may wonder why I'm wrapped up in this towel like a mummy.  Well, twice a day Mom gives me my vitamins (for my anemia) in the syringe on the right to keep my paws from trying to push it away and to keep my white furs white in case it spills.

I really don't mind it because I get a treat first then after more treats.

  1. aww. but I bet they are helping you. They help Fleurp a lot. I generally mix it into some wet food for her though and she just eats it up for me

  4. Awww... That's so good of your mum to protect your gorgeous white fur like that. Nothing worse than getting meds and stuff on your fur. Especially the white parts (I do have a teeny-tiny white big, myself) on account of the white staining so easily. You've got a good mum, for sure.

  6. You're such a good boy, Minchie. And handsome, too. My girl Eddy has to be wrapped up in a blanket to receive any medications by mouth, because she's quite the wiggle worm. Purrs!

  7. Oh Minchie, you are such a good boy to let the mom do that. Glad you are getting treats before and after. Hope that anemia goes away soon.

  8. Minchie, you must be such a good boy to sit through that. We just had the weekend of pilling purgatory with Pierre, so we admire you for being so stoic about your medication.

  10. You look so cute. I am glad you take your vitamins and I pray they work. I didn't realize you were anemic, did the Dr. figure out the cause of it? My Spooky is going to be getting injections for his because his CKD is causing it.

  12. Awww, Minchie, poor sweetie. You're a good mancat! Our biped says she needs to do that with Derry, he always uses his paw to push away the syringe if she has to give him something.
