With a toy box overflowing with every cat toy imaginable, this is Laila's absolute favorite toy. It's what's left of a once beautiful peacock feather. If you look closely, you'll see all the areas Mom has taped.
Mom has never seen Laila move as fast as she does when she bring it out and starts waving it all over the floor. Laila catches it within seconds.
One of Laila's favorite spots for the "stick" to go under is her boogie mat. She pounces on it before you can even blink an eye.
Here she pounces on it and traps the top of it under the boogie mat.
Then she plays with it over by her Costco box.
Here she is protecting and defending her priceless Costco box.

ReplyDeleteLaila, you are loving that feather! We had a peacock feather too...notice we said "had." As soon as it broke, our mom threw it out! Can you believe that?? It obviously still had a lot of life left in it!!
