Minchie is thrilled to have his pumpkin hat on again this Halloween.
Imagine the shock we all had when we opened up the Halloween card from JoJo and Sammy and saw the kitty on the card had the identical pumpkin hat on as Minchie in the top picture!

The church has a school and one of the hallways is decorated with Midnight Cats.

Mom squees up a storm every time she sees this wall.
Here is what our friend, JoJo, looked like when she was a itteh bitteh kitteh. No wonder her mommie and daddy fell in love with her at first sight! Our mom will be taking care of her and Sammy again starting Sunday for 5 days while her daddy travels to the other side of the world again.
We had a special request today from our good friend, Kiddy, who doesn't live too far from us, that she wanted to see me, Laila, in a post. Minchie has been a hog with the posts the past few days. So, for your viewing pleasure, Kiddy, here I am! Sorry my brother is in the picture too, but Mom didn't have one of just me. Think it's time she empty out that camera of new pictures she's taken. Stay warm Kiddy! It's gonna be like winter out there today!
Since Mom is going off today to Chicago and abandoning us, this is where I'll be if you need me.
And JoJo and Sammy will be doing the same. Mom said their daddy is going on another business trip on the other side of the world, this time to a different country she'd never even heard of. She will be taking care of them starting next Sunday thru the following Thursday.

Laila trying her darndest to get Lilly to play with her. Right after this was taken, Lilly expressed her displeasure with her little bratty sister being in her face. Big thunder, lightening and rain storm last evening. Laila doesn't seem to be bothered by them. She actually was sitting by the sliding glass door watching all the lightening and rain hitting the glass. But open a plastic bag and she runs. Go figure!
Mom brought in one of the leaves from the balcony. She just wanted Laila to see that they aren't evil and that she doesn't have to go flying over to the slider each time they move. Mom is just scairt that Laila will one day push threw the screen.
Laila is still very cautious and not trusting of this evil introoder.

Why, it's Mr. Fishy! She really doesn't care about Mr. Fishy, all she cares about is drinking his waters.

Here is a closeup of JoJo. Mom says she wants to steal her as she is so much fun and is just all over Mom when she is there.
JoJo is quite the playing machine.
Sammy is a very cautious little girl. At least this time she's out and about and not in hiding like the last time Mom cat sat. We think she knows how obsessed Mom is with calico kitties and is scairt she'll steal her from her daddy.
Here I am guarding the chair Mom sits in to put her makeup on. Since she lost her jobbie last year, she doesn't sit at it every day like she use to. But when she does, I like to hang with her in the corner and snoopervise.
It got up to 88 degrees here in ChiTown yesterday and another 80 degree day is forecast for today. So we are just gonna chillax here on the floor to stay cool. They say cool air falls, so we are ready and waiting for it to fall and hit our hot furs. Mom was sweating like a pig and finally caved and turned the a/c on for a few hours to cool the place off.
Laila is on leaf patrol. She guards the house so none get inside. So far, none ever have.
