Random 1: Mom was in a tornado when she was a little girl and it blew most of her house away.
Random 2: Mom has a real hard time holding me, Laila, because my furs are the silkiest and softest she has ever felt. Sometimes I slip right out of her hands.
Random 3: Mom spends way too much time on the innernets, especially reading blogs.
Random 4: Mom saves all the furs she combs out of us and keeps it in baggies. Call the men in the white coats!
Random 5: Everyone says Mom's bedroom looks like a little girls room with all the stuffed animals she has. All cats, of course!
Random 6: Mom wants to move to Ireland and marry a sheep farmer. But not this one!
Random 7: Mom has kissed the Blarney Stone.
Random 8: Mom has made so many wonderful friends (and so have we) on the Cat Blogosphere! We want to say a big THANK YOU to those who work so hard to keep it going.

ReplyDeleteInteresting random ramblings. Our bean is concerned about No. 4 ... are there some plans here that we should know about? This is kind of like "baa baa little kitty, have you any fur... yes sir, yes sir... MOM BAGS IT!"

A lady in the UK knitted sweaters out of her dog's furs, so I'm sure a cat furs sweater would be much softer.

What is your mum planning to do with the furrs? My mum has saved some of my furrs but doesn't know what to do with them.

ReplyDeleteThose are all pretty interesting things and we agree with everyone else....what is she going to do with your furs? Our Mom would have to buy another house if she kept all of ours (espcially the Woofie furs)

Those are all really interesting things about your mom, Laila and Minchie. What ever in the world will she do with all your furs? My mom is already married, but would love to move to Ireland..it's beautiful!
