A very special thanks to all the servicemen and servicewomen who have and currently do serve our country so bravely to make it safe for us. Our Mom is a product of two WWII veterans. Grampa was a pilot in the Army and Gramma was a WAVE in the Navy and taught radio. They were very brave to volunteer to fight that war.
Where Grampa and Gramma are both buried.
Gramma
What a wonderful tribute to your Grandma and Grandpa! Our dad's grandfather served in WWII, and our dad is a currently-serving officer in the Canadian Forces.
ReplyDeleteIn Canada, we honour those who gave their lives for our freedoms, as well as those who served and who continue to serve, on Remembrance Day, November 11th.
I love that picture of Grandma! Of course she didnt look like that when I knew her but you can tell thats Grandma. And that picture of Boppa is awesome withe Enola Gay -- it makes me feel like our family was involved in something important!

ReplyDeleteThank you for your help. According to the vet Pumuckl's aggressive behavior is normal for this kind of cats due to the pheromones change after the neutering and we just have to stand it... :-/ We will see how it turns out. Thanks again!
What a wonderful tribute! We know you are so proud of your Grandma and Grandpa!
ReplyDeleteHappy Memorial Day.
May we never forget.
