A month or so ago we noticed Eureka's tail had been somehow injured and some of it was missing. Cringe to think what may have happened to it. It just lays there limp now. Poor baby! It's such a hard life for the ferals.
Poor Eureka...it must be very difficult to see it...with one of your own you would be sitting in the vet's emergency room, but cats like Eureka you can't even catch, and even if you could she probably wouldn't survive the stress....
You know the most common cause of that? Car doors. I always make double sure there are none around mine. The second most common cause, dog attacks. The outdoor kids really do have it rough, and I worry to death about yours being where they are. John
