Laila thinks hanging underneath this stool is better than hanging under the bushes when she was a tiny feral kitten.

Thankful Thursday

Angel is thankful that Mom picked him up (all 20 pounds of him!) and put him on the cat tree for the first time. He really liked it until she opened up the curtains so he could see outside better but the noise and movement scairt him. Yes, Angel is still with us. We don't ever want him to leave, but someday he must whenever the work gets done in his condo. The man is very slow and not very reliable. Mom doesn't even want to think of the day he must go back downstairs to live.

This is a picture of Mom wearing her favorite t-shirt with the flag on it giving our sister-who-came-before-us, Lilly, her subq fluids back in May of last year. Lilly was such a good girl for Mom when she did this. Mom has lots and lots of experience in giving the fluids because she'd done it with Cerise for well over a year before that.
