Mom is Missing Our Tree

This is the Christmas tree I was so terrified of back in 2007 that Mom took it all down before Christmas so I would come out of hiding.

Mom gave it to Angel's mom to take to her work and this is how it is decorated this year.  It is located at the Illinois Department of Transportation Local Roads.  We wonder if we can take an exemption for it's value on our state incomes taxes.  MOL!

    Well we aren't going to have a tree this year either simply because that Pumpkin kitty would take all of two minutes to destroy it. You all have a great day.

    You'd best contact your CPA about tax exemption on that tree, Laila! Somehow, though, I'm thinking that you'll just get lots of goodwill instead.

    WE miss our tree too. No one is afraid of it however. We all like to jump on it, knock off the ornaments, and nibble on the fake needles! Climbing it is fun too until it falls over!

    We dont like really big decorated trees either. So TBT got a 4' prelit LED one that will sit on a table. That seems good.
