Mom brought these palms home from church on Sunday and Laila is just now noticing them. At least she isn't afraid of them like she usually is with any green plant/Christmas tree that is brought inside.
Laila, we are glad you aren't afraid of the palms! Our mom just got a small piece, but she had to hide it in the closet because Merlin wants to play with it.
I'm glad you're not afraid of the palm, Laila! We got our palm on Sunday, too. My kitties certainly aren't afraid of it. In fact, I have to hide it from their prying paws and mouths. Purrs!
Laila, that could be a fun wand toy! BTW, our biped only ever got a small semi-dried piece of leaf formed into a cross in the churches she used to attend. Not half the palm tree! :-D
You get a seriously large piece of palm at your church! Ours is just a small "leaf." I have to keep those away from the cats.

ReplyDeleteYou get palm branches at church? I need to make my human go!
ReplyDeleteThe size of that palm branch is impressive and much more realistic than the tiny ones. I wonder, Laila, if it would be fun to chase.
ReplyDeleteThat is a huge palm leaf! Laila looks quite interested in it.
ReplyDeleteThat's a good sign pretty girl. Maybe you could take up palm reading!
ReplyDeleteWe bet that Palm would be fun to play with.
