Mancat Monday Guest

Henry chillaxin on the great window sills.

And tripod, Sam, chillaxin on the couch with the remote. Here he looks like he only has one leg.  Don't worry, he has two more under all that floof.

Sam is only a lap cat in the hot weather.  Silly guy!

Our cousins, Sam and Henry, who moved to Portland, Oregon two weeks ago with Mom's niece and hubby are settling in very nicely in their new apartment.  Unfortunately an awful heat wave of 100+ degree temps and no air conditioning made for very unhappy kitties.  Window a/c's are not allowed so Mom's niece went out and bought them one of those portable a/c's and now they are very happy kitties.

  2. Wow, no a/c is awful in that much heat. I'm glad they were able to get a portable one to cool off the apartment.

  4. I didn't know there were portable air machines. That is great that they were able to get some of those with all that heat. Looks like the two of them are very happy in their new digs.
Happy Monday to all of you.

  5. I'm glad they figured out air conditioning - that is ridiculously hot! Especially for the Pacific Northwest.

  8. Summertime without a/c is no fun. We're having some a/c issues here, and we can attest to that! We hope that Portland cools off for them. From what we hear, it's a pawesome place.
