Today's flashback is from September 2008 and was titled:

              THANKFUL THURSDAY

Nope, doesn't look like she keeps our food in there. I am thankful mom has food in the freezer for herself.

Mancat Monday

Jackie, the mum of Eric and Flynn, said that on her first Memories post that she and Ivor wanted to do something in memory of Eric and Flynn.   She made a list of everyone who commented when Flynn had to leave and also on his tribute post. She would make a donation of either £60, €65 or $75  to the shelter of the winner's choice and will also send a small gift of some of Flynn's loved and gently used toys.

Well, we were the winners!  We asked that the donation be given to her favorite shelter.  Saturday we received a mat of Flynn's and a few of his toys.  We will treasure these always!  Mom says she can feel Flynn's presence so much having these wonderful gifts. Thank you so much Jackie!

International Box Day

We love this day because we are big lovers of boxes.

 

 No box is too small for Laila.

 No box too big.

 Laila is the Queen of the boxes at our house and will defend them to the end.

 Minchie finds this kind of box safe from Laila's wrath.

When Angel lived with us, he loved the boxes too.

Happy Father's Day

Minchie wishes his former daddy a Happy Father's Day.  He had to give Minchie up because he was taking a job outside of the country.

And Mom wishes her daddy (RIP) a Happy Father's Day.

NEW NANNERS!

Mom bought us new nanners and they arrived this week! She gave us one and immediately we started fighting over it. What was mom thinking! We were even growling at each other and being very protective of it. So mom let us have the "spare" but we still had some issues. But we are calmer now. Man, those nanners are powerful!
