Easy Sunday

Sorry, Mom, no bed making today.  It was in the upper 30's this morning and going to be a cold day.  No window whiffies today.

Caturday Matinee

Minchie loves his mousies!  He loves to deaded them and when they are, he adds them to his mousies cemetery. 

Flashback Feral Friday

What a life Laila and "Angel" Angel lived with all the comforts of home.  Sure beats fending for yourself out in the wild.

Garden Thursday

Mom came home this past weekend with these two pretty hanging baskets for our balcony.

We and Angel's Mom want to thank everyone for the very nice condolences for the loss of our "adopted" brother, Angel.  It meant a LOT to us!  Thank you!

Goodbye to Angel

Our hearts are broken over the huge loss of our "brother", dear sweet Angel.  He ran off very peacefully to The Bridge yesterday.

Purrs for Angel

For those of you not on Facebook and did not see this yesterday...

To all of our cat blogging friends, please keep Angel and his mom in your purrs and prayers. I'm taking them to the vet today as he's not doing well at all. More than likely he will be helped to The Bridge. Here he is with Minchie. They really had quite the bromance going on when he lived here that year. He's 18 1/2.  Will keep everyone posted.

Happy Memorial Day

Today we honor and remember those who served in the military and who have given the ultimate sacrifice.

At all the National Cemeteries all the graves will be marked with small American flags. Our Mom's Mom and Dad are both buried here in Milwaukee, WI and their graves will be decorated also. They both served in WWII.

Mistake on CB.  It's not Laila's birthday today.

This is Minchie's secret for getting tanned purrfectly on his brown furs.

Flashback Friday

Whenever one of Mom's kitties runs off to 

the Bridge, she scrapbooks a memorial photo album of them.

This is Angel Cerise's album who ran off to the Bridge June 18, 2007.  She picked a blue album because of Cerise's beautiful Himalayan blue eyes.

 

First page of the album.  The day Mom went and got her.  Here she is with her mom.

 

She loved getting into things.  Mom called her "six pack kitty" because she loved to curl up in a six pack cooler.

 

Mom sure does miss Angel Cerise. 

Thankful Thursday

Minchie is thankful he has a safe and comfy spot to be when that evil sucky monster is out and about.

Tail on Tuesday

Guessing Minchie's tail got a little too hot inside his tent cat bed.

Mancat Monday

 Minchie likes living on the edge.

 Hoping that sun puddle eventually moves on up to the bed so he doesn't have to move.

He's comfy here so he can wait all day.
