Formerly Feral Friday

No more Christmas trees! Yay! Mom has decided to sell her tree with all the lights. She has real pretty signs up in all the laundry rooms here advertising it. I can't wait until it is gone! Right now it's sitting in a box in our storage locker, wherever that is. As long as I can't see it that's okay by me. She said she is donating any money she gets for it to the shelter Minchie and I came from.

  1. Dearest Laila and Minchie,
We ain't never seen a Christmas Tree before...mommy never ever has one 'cause she knows we would be climbin' in it and breakin' all the pritty ormaments. We would like to see one because it sounds like it would be a fun toy...we love tearin' stuff up!

    Very truly yours,

  2. Maybe your mom could decorate your cat tree a wee bit.

  3. Aww Laila, we're wondering why you got so scared of it. We love ours. When it goes up, that means indoor climbing and lots of pretty balls to knock all over the floor.

  5. No Christmas Tree? Maybe your mom can find a small one that isn't so scary, but is just as pretty.

  6. You know, Minchie, that's nice that your mom is making that concession and not putting up a tree. We'd hate to see you be stressed out...

We love when the tree goes up...we climb in it...much to mom's displeasure...some of the branches are bent now...and we knock the ornaments off...that's why mom can only put non-breakable ones on it.

Maybe you can get a little table-top tree???

  8. Maybe get a lil tree? Mommy is only putting up one tree this year 'cause it had to be delighted from mini lights to LEDz! Darn, now the room won't get over heated making mom open the window....each tree had 900 mini lights!!! Great donation idea!!=^Y^=the Cat Street Boyz

  9. That is awesome! We are putting up our tree this weekend, and wondering what Harley will do when he sees his first tree.

  10. Mmmh, I was wondering if your mom could put the tree outside on the balcony. So it's visible from the inside. Or is it the sheer sight that scares you? Oh well, there will be so much decoration all over the place where you live that your mom can get her Xmastree-fix outside...

  11. Thats a nice thing for your mommie to do. We have a little fibre optic tree this year, as mum had bought a big chair that fills the space where the tree used to sit.

  12. Your Mommy loves you a lot to give up her Christmas Tree. We think you need to give her extra headbonks and snuggles.

  13. Props to your Mom for getting rid of the tree of terror and donating to the shelter. We like Goldie's idea about decorating your cat tree.

  14. We were planning on putting up our tree this weekend, but Mom isn't over her cold yet, although she has at least stopped blowing her nose constantly! We will do it next weekend. We just love our tree!
