OUCH!

One day Mom was in the kitchen and I was right behind her, as usual, when all of a sudden she stepped back and stepped on my tail! I screamed and ran and this was what she found on the kitchen floor when she looked down. Lucky for me I have lots of furs on my bushy tail! She felt horrible but I still got the "How many times have I told you" lecture. Well, "How many times have I told you to look before you proceed with me around!"

  1. Uh, that's quite a big piece of your tail! Pumuckl also screamed more than once because I hit him while moving in our small kitchen. :)

  6. Laila dear, you must now allow your human to make you feel guilty about this! It's not your fault that humans have big feet and can't watch where they're going!

  8. Ouch, I've got kitty chills up my spine! I am lucky that my tail isn't bushy 'cause I try to get ahead of mommy when she goes in the kitchen and almost trip her...and then comes the lecture....you'd think they would learn our patterns wouldn't ya?=^Y^=Ty

  9. I've done that to Sammy a time or two. I tell her to keep her tail where it belongs and not under my foot! She's got lots of fur, too, but boy do I get the guilty looks!

  13. I may have to welcome you to the Underfoot clan. But the trick is to be underfoot WITHOUT getting hurt. Of course, if you're not hurt, squeal anyway so they feel guilty.
